Goal Assistive Technology Program

Do you need help financing the Assistive Technology device that will help you be more productive and independent? GOAL-AT can help you obtain an affordable financial loan so that you can purchase a needed Assistive Technology device or service.

If you are a person with a disability or a family member of a child with a disability, you may be able to get an affordable financial loan to purchase any of the following types
of Assistive Technology:

• Hearing Aids & Listening Devices

• Wheelchairs or Scooters

• Home modifications/ ramps

• Lifts and vehicle modifications

• Computers, computer software, and accessories

• Communication devices

What if I need help completing the application?

If you have any questions or need assistance completing the application, GOAL-AT/ staff are available to guide you in the loan application process.

To qualify for GOAL-AT, you must meet the following criteria:

• Guam resident

• A person with a disability, a family member, or significant other on behalf of a person with a disability and is legally and financially able to enter into a contract for a loan, who

• Demonstrates sufficient credit worthiness and ability to repay the loan.

• Receiving an application is easy. Just visit any Bank of Guam location or call the GOAL-AT/ staff at GSAT Assistive Technology 735-2490 0r 2491 (v) or 735-2491 (TTY).
